Welcome baby Liam! I'm your honorary Auntie Char and I've been waiting to meet you for months and months!!
Being that you've been hanging out with your Mommy & Daddy a few months with nothing more to do than grow, hiccup, try out a few kick-boxing moves and back-flips, you've had plenty of time to eavesdrop and I bet you've figured out that God has given you to an awesome family.
I know your Mommy because I work with her and we office side-by-side. She's become a very special friend. Let me tell you, she totally ROCKS! She's everything a little boy would want in a Mother. She's patient, she listens and offers suggestions, she's supportive and encouraging, she's honest and confident, as well as caring and giving. You'll be so proud of her as you grow up because she's very professional and serious about her work, she volunteers and does things for people in need in the community. She's very classy and can even plan a cool party. I'm sure birthdays and holidays will be awesome at your house! She'll also be great to hang out with on the playground because she's athletic (and apparently even likes to sweat!) and I bet she'll ride bikes with you, but get ready it will probably be at 6:00 in the morning on a tiny little seat! :o/ (Call me if this gets out of hand and I'll rescue you!) When you're in high school your buddies are going to love her because she's blond, beautiful and most importantly she loves to bake!! (Just a little heads up for when they start hanging around your house all the time - it may not be just because you're an awesome dude! haha!) The cooking thing is a huge plus; a boy can go a long way in life with a Mother who bakes a mean cookie!! *wink*
I've not had a chance to get you know your Daddy, but from what I hear (and no, we don't talk about him *all* the time - haha!) if you've been blessed with the talent he has for golf the two of you together will be a force to be reckoned with. I also hear he's creative, a good communicator and loves family. He's also really strong because he goes to the gym a lot like your Mommy. (That will come in handy when you need him to beat someone up! I'm sure if he's busy your Mommy can land a high kick on them and they're going down for the count! LOL <-- that means laugh out loud - who knows what it will mean when you're old enough to text!)
Little Liam, I would say you won the parent jackpot. And your Auntie Char is pretty fabulous too I might add! *wink*
I look forward to hearing about you everyday and watching you grow. There are so many precious times ahead.
